Time Off Report – Vagaro Support

This report lists employee time off requests, who they report to, the employee, and/or the status of the request. You can also approve or decline time off requests in this report. Managers can also refer to this information to review an employee's reasons for scheduling time off or how often they block time off their calendars.

Note

Data will appear only if the Require Acceptance for Personal Task permission is toggled for the employee's Access Level and the personal task has been approved.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Requesting and tracking paid time off requires Vagaro Payroll.

On a Phone

To view a report of your employees' time off:

Select More → Reports → Time Off.
To filter your report, select Filter , change the following filters as needed, and then select Run Report.
- Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the month when they were billed.
- Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.
To further refine the report, select the Filter button to set your report's filters, and adjust the criteria.
- Reports To: The employee who oversees the work of one or more other employees, as selected in the employee's profile as their Reports To.
- Employees: View only a few employees and their time off requests.
- Status: View time off requests that are Pending, Approved, and/or Declined.
Optionally, to export your report, select Action , then choose an option:
- Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.
- Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To view a report of your employees' time off:

Select Reports → Time Off.
To filter your report, select Filter , change the following filters as needed, and then select Run Report.
- Reports To: The employee who oversees the work of one or more other employees, as selected in the employee's profile as their Reports To.
- Employees: View only a few employees and their time off requests.
- Status: View time off requests that are Pending, Approved, and/or Declined.
Select Run Report.
Review the report:
- If an Employee row has Pending requests in the Status column, select the Action menu at the end of the row, and then select Accept or Deny.
- To view the reason a time off request was denied, hover the mouse cursor over the row’s Denied status.
To export or print this report, select an option in the bottom-right corner:
- Print : Get a hard copy of the report.
- Export : Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).
