I would like to know more about how to interpret this report. The numbers on the report don't match the numbers in the calendar. For example, my report for one of my employees says she has 2 appointments booked and 1 rebooked. In this timeframe, she had 4 appointments booked. I just don't understand where these numbers are coming from and how to interpret that data - and I can't find any support for this.
i agree ^ i don't understand how this report collects its data. i'd like a more accurate report for rebooking.
i wish there was a feature that can override a rebook , if it is out of the stylist normal work hours . for example: if a stylist day off is on a thursday , but she has a client who is rebooking when checking out, and that client needs to make her next appointment on a thursday for what ever reason, and the stylist agrees to come in on her day off......the system doesn't allow you to book that service with the rebook option...it says nothing is available on that day ,there should be an option to see or check that day even if it it full of out of working hours. The only way you can make that appointment is to go to that day and do it on the calendar directly. so if your a salon that has to track rebooks your not getting the right % of rebooks for that stylist.
CAN I REQUEST A FEATURE FOR THIS?
Yes, you can request a feature. At the top of this page, there is a link for New Feature Request. You can look through the requests to see if your issue has been requested by someone else and add your vote to it, or enter your own request for consideration.
And, while I understand it is not as convenient as the rebook option, you can manually enter a new appointment for a date and time outside of normal working hours.
These reports are not accurate or I don't understand how the data is collected.
Nekesha: I believe that we're working on ways to show in certain reports (not sure which ones at the start) how the numbers are derived. In the meantime, please contact support to get an explanation for anything that's not clear.
When I try to pull up these reports they all just show as 0 as if I don't have access or my account isn't configuring them. Is there something i need to do on my end to turn this feature on?
This is not one of the reports that has had the breakdown/explanation of how the numbers are derived added yet.
Carly: When I run the rebooking report for almost any period/date-range for your account, I see numbers, not zeros. If the report isn't working for you, please contact Support for help.
