On the rebooking report, what does the % refer to? I see the number of appointments booked and then a percentage. What is that referring to? And then on the rebooking number, the percentage is derived from what? It does not appear to be the percentage of the initial appointments that rebooked bc the math is wrong.
Hi Jenny. The two percentages represent the percentage booked vs. rebooked. Example: Brian has eight booked and two rebooked appointments, so his percentages are 80% and 20%, respectively.
The rebooked number is calculated by the number of times you or the customer hit “Rebook” after completing an appointment.
Thanks, Jamie
