The Multi-Location feature allows you to add multiple businesses and locations to the Vagaro account. You can share account details such as customer information, gift certificates, packages, memberships, and points between the different locations and easily toggle between them.
Note
Each location has its own separate Vagaro monthly subscription price.

Add Existing Business (next)

Click Settings. Then, click Multi Location.

Click Add New Location.
Select Existing Business and then click Connect existing business.

Log in with the credentials for the business you're adding.

Click the option to change ownership or keep the current ownership for the business you're adding.

Select an Access Level if you're changing the account owner. Click Create when you're finished.

Select New Business to create a new account and link it to the existing account.

Enter the business name, address, and contact information, and click Continue.

You will be asked to verify both your email address and mobile phone number. The system will send a code first to your email and then to your phone and ask that you enter those codes on the screen.

Select employees to copy to the new account. Then, click Continue.

If needed, change the number of licenses and then click Continue.

Select the account information to share with the new business. Then click Continue.

Review the payment summary for the new account, and click Proceed.

Click OK on the success notice.

Your new business is displayed on your multi-location list. You can click the business name to switch to that location.
Toggle the sharing options on or off to select what Vagaro features to share between your locations. Share Customers is required and cannot be turned off.

Important
If packages and memberships being synched between multi-locations do not match up completely (Package/Membership name PLUS all services, classes, or products that are part of that package or membership), they will not be synced to the other businesses.
You can separate businesses with different account owners from your multi-location setup. Separated businesses retain the information they gained when being added to your business with sharing options turned on. To separate:

This will be great considering I run booths in 3 different locations. Is there an added cost for using this feature?
Am I not able to add a virtual location? Looks like I need a physical address.
You can create the new business to be at the same physical address as your current one... that could be used as a "virtual" location. I have, for example, in my test accounts both Studio Donna and Studio Donna-ii, but both have the same address.
