Keeping a consistent brand for your business is important, especially when you own multiple locations. Simplify this process by syncing a flagship's pricing, menu, and settings to a group or all your locations. A flagship can be a template business, or it can be one of your most successful locations.
After the first sync, certain fields will either be Locked or Unlocked. Unlocked fields can be modified by all locations, while Locked fields can only be modified by the flagship. See here to learn more.
Note
In Vagaro, some settings depend on each other to function. For example: turning on Membership Menu will also enable Service Menu, Class Menu, Product Menu, and Vendors.
Prerequisites: This feature is available only for enterprise businesses and business owners who have multiple locations with Vagaro. Also, to assign your locations a flagship, you must group your other locations together using the Multi-Location Grouping feature.
To sync business settings:

Select the group to be synced.

Scroll down and toggle Sync Settings.

In the Choose Flagship Location list, select a flagship.
Note
You can only select one flagship location per grouping.

Note
This setting syncs form and SOAP note templates. To sync responses as well, turn on Form Responses in your Share Customer settings.

Optionally, select whether to Sync Business Pricing to other locations as well.

Toggle Sync Pricing:

Select Save.

You must sync your business to complete the syncing process.

After transferring over your form and SOAP note templates, you can also transfer over responses.
To enable form response sharing:
You can decide how often your locations sync: either manually or automatically every day. We recommend that you sync manually for the first time, and then set up automatic syncing.
Important
Make sure you are logged into the flagship you want to sync. Each business location can have its own syncing settings.
To automatically sync:

On the Multi-Location screen, for the flagship business, select the More menu, and then select Go to Location to log into that location.

Toggle on Automatic Syncing.

Select Save.
Vagaro will automatically sync your locations daily at 3:00 AM local time.
To manually sync:

On the Multi-Location screen, for the flagship business, select the More menu, and then select Go to Location to log into that location.

Next to Automatic Syncing, select Sync Now.
The locations attached to the flagship will begin syncing. This may take a moment to complete. Refer to the Sync Status column to see if a location has synced.
