Upload Your Own Digital Gift Card Designs

If you sell gift cards, you can upload your digital gift card designs for your customers to choose from. All you have to do to upload an image and select a font color.

When choosing your design, keep the right side of the image clear so the gift card information is easy to read. If you need help, Studio 180, Vagaro's Design Services Team, can help you resize, create, and touch up your digital gift card designs, as well as provide you with other design and professional branding services. Just send an email to support@vagaro.com with "Attn Graphics Team" in the subject line so your custom image upload request gets to the team faster.

Gift card designs you've added will appear under Business Created when choosing a template type.

Prerequisites: This feature is only available for all businesses on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro.

To upload a gift card design:

  1. Select Settings gear → Design Gift Cards.

  2. Select + Gift Card Image.

  3. Drag and drop your gift card design or select Choose File. The system will preview your design after you add an image.

    Note

    When uploading a photo to Vagaro, the image's dimensions must be 700 pixels (width) by 400 pixels (height).

  4. Choose a Font Color from the color picker, then select Apply. You can also enter a hexcode as well.

  5. Select Save.

This image has been added to your list of designs. You or your customers can choose this design when purchasing a gift card.

  • To rearrange the order of the photos, drag and drop to a new position.

  • To edit, deactivate, or delete a design, hover over or select the design, select More more_horizontal.png, and then choose an option.

    can I edit the font and spacing?

    Hi Diana,

    Currently, you cannot edit the font or spacing for Gift Certificates. 

    However, you can submit a feature request for a change to be made.

    How do I remove Vagaro's predesigned gift cards from my mysite page? I only want to display my branded gift cards.
