View a Change Log of Your Settings – Vagaro Support

If you're wondering who added, modified, or deleted information, setting, or an entry on a screen, look at the change log at the bottom to see the name of the person who made the change and when it was made.

Important

Change log information is available only for updates made on or after August 17, 2023.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

You can view a change log on the web and in the Vagaro Pro app on the following screens:

View Your Change Log

To view a change log on a settings screen:

Go to the settings screen to view its change log, such as the Business Profile screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, then select the blue Last Modified: text. (If the text is black, the screen has no change log.)

A Change Log popup will appear. From the log, you can view all changes made on this page by you and your employees.
- Select the Search Search box or icon to search for specific settings and employees.
- Select the All Dates box to specify the date range.
- If any changes have a blue hypertext link, select the link to view more details.
