Change Your Vagaro Theme – Vagaro Support

Your Vagaro account should feel like your business, not just a software dashboard. This article walks through how to update your theme settings, from switching between Light and Dark Mode to customizing colors, layouts, and visual effects. Whether you want a clean, classic look or something bold and modern, you can tailor the experience to match your brand and how your team works.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Go to Themes Settings

You can make changes to the look and feel of Vagaro from your theme settings.

Vagaro Pro App: Select More → Appearance.
Computer: Select Settings → Themes.

Overview of Each Setting

Appearance

Choose between Light Mode, Dark Mode, or match your System display settings. This preference is device-specific, so each person can set their own view.
Theme Background & Color

Pick Solid for a bold, single-color theme, or Aura for a blended two-tone gradient. This setting applies to every device on the web version of Vagaro, but can be customized separately on each device using the Vagaro Pro app.
Primary Theme Color

This is the main theme color used for your navigation bar and buttons.
Secondary Color

If you choose the Aura theme, this color is used to create your gradient.
Layout

Change the position of your navigation bar by selecting Modern to move all menus to the left side of the screen, or Classic to keep them at the top. This setting applies to every device on the web version of Vagaro.
Frosted-Glass Effect

Add a glass-like effect to your navigation menus. This setting applies to every device on the web version of Vagaro, but can be customized separately on each device using the Vagaro Pro app.
