Change Your Vagaro Theme

Changing your Vagaro theme lets you change the colors shown in the top menu. You can also turn on dark mode to increase the contrast between the text and background.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Dark Mode and Light Mode

Enabling dark mode also changes the colors on all screens for better contrast. You can compare the settings between Light mode and Dark mode to see which you prefer or select System to use your device's display settings.

Keep in mind that Appearance settings save to the device, not the business. Each device can switch between dark or light mode without affecting other devices at the business. Dark Mode is not yet available for the Pay Desk.

Vagaro Pro App

To change mode:

  1. At the bottom of the screen, select More → Appearance.

  2. Under Appearance, select:

    • Dark Mode

    • Light Mode (Default)

    • System

Web Version

To change mode:

  1. Go to Settings → Look & Feel → Themes.

  2. Under Appearance, select:

    • Dark Mode

    • Light Mode (Default)

    • System

Change Your Theme Color

Showcase your favorite color with one of our color themes. Vagaro has plenty of themes, like Ruby, Java, Bubblegum, Flamengo, Denim, and Iceberg.

Keep in mind that the theme color selected:

  • Applies to every device on the web version of Vagaro.

  • Can be different for each device on the Vagaro Pro app.

Vagaro Pro App

To change your Vagaro theme:

  1. At the bottom of the screen, select More.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, select a color. The color is applied immediately.

Web Version

To change your Vagaro theme:

  1. Go to Settings → Look & Feel → Themes.

  2. Select a color. The color is applied immediately.
