With Vagaro Drive, you can add appointment and customer files from the Calendar, the customer's profile, and through forms. You can upload file types such as .zip, .jpg, .png, .docx, .mp4, and so on. Once uploaded, these files are stored in your Vagaro Drive or customer's profile in one of the following folders:

Appointment Files: Files that were attached for your service bookings.

Customer Files: Files you've attached to the customer's profile.

Form Files: Files that you and your customers have attached to forms and SOAP Notes. All files that you and your customers have uploaded to forms and SOAP Notes. Any markups saved to SOAP Note charts will also be stored here.
Note
Vagaro Drive supports all file types except .exe and .dob.
Prerequisites: This feature requires a Vagaro Drive subscription.
You can add images to appointments already scheduled on the Calendar. For example, upload files for each appointment as evidence when disputing chargebacks.
To upload files to appointments:

Go to the Calendar.

Select the appointment, then select Upload File.

Select the files you want to upload files, then select Upload. You can upload multiple files at the same time.

Drag and drop files in the box or select Choose File to manually choose a file.

Change the File Name and Description for your files.

Add any additional files as needed.

You can upload customer and appointment files directly from the customer's profile without needing to select an appointment on the Calendar.
To upload files to a customer's profile:

Go to Customers.

Search for and select the customer's profile.

Swipe left in the top menu, then select Files.

Select Upload, then select an option:

Select Appointment File to upload a file to an appointment, then select an Upcoming or Past appointment.

Select Customer File to upload a file to this customer's profile.

Select the files you want to upload. You can Use Camera to take a new photo, select from your device's Photo Library, or Browse Files to upload other file types.

Select Attach Photo or Attach Files.
To upload files to a customer's profile:

Go to Customers.
-
Search for and select the customer's profile.

Select the Files tab.

In the top-right corner, select Upload and select an option:

Select Appointment File to upload a file to appointments, then select an Upcoming or Past appointment.

Select Customer File to upload a file to this customer's profile.

Select the files you want to upload files, then select Upload. You can upload multiple files at the same time.

Drag and drop files in the box or select Choose File to manually choose a file.

Change the File Name and Description for your files.

Add any additional files as needed.

Go to a customer's profile to see all files uploaded to their account at your business. You can then make changes to your files in the Vagaro Image and Markup editors, download the file to your device, change its name, change its description, and so on.
To view a customer's files:

Go to Customers.

Search for and select the customer's profile.

To perform an action on a file, select the Action
menu, then choose an action.

Open Preview: View the file and its information, such as the File Name, Description, Form Name, File Type, and so on.

Edit Image: Edit the image in the Vagaro Markup Editor.

Edit Name And Description: Change the file's name and description.

Info: View information on the file, such as the as the File Name, Description, Form Name, File Type, and so on.

Save to Device: Download this file to your device.

To view a customer's files:

Go to Customers.
-
Search for and select the customer's profile.

Select the Files tab.

On the left side of the screen, select a file folder:

Form Files: Files that you and your customers have attached to forms and SOAP Notes. All files that you and your customers have uploaded to forms and SOAP Notes. Any markups saved to SOAP Note charts will also be stored here.

To perform an action on a file, hover over a file, select the Action
menu, and choose an action.

Open: View the file and its information, such as the File Name, Form Name, Appointment Date, Size, Dimensions, and so on.

Preview images, PDF, text (.txt), Word (.doc, .docx), and Excel (xls, .xlsx) files. Files from PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Word (.docx), and video (.mpg and .mov) must be downloaded to view.

You can also edit (

) the image by selecting the button in the top-left corner.

Select the Arrow < or > icons to cycle between different images.

Rename: Opens a sidebar where you can rename the file and enter a file description.

Download: Download the file.

Info: See information on this file, such as File Name, Form Name, Appointment Date, Size, Dimensions, and so on.

Edit Description: Opens a sidebar where you can rename the file and enter a file description.

Delete: Remove this file from your drive. Files removed from your drive can't be recovered.
