Organize and manage your files in the Vagaro Drive Dashboard. In your dashboard, you can store business files, digital files from forms, and link files to a specific appointment so the service provider can quickly access them during an appointment. Vagaro Drive can store different file types, such as .zip, .jpg, .png, .docx, .mp4, and so on.
Note
Vagaro Drive supports all file types except .exe and .dob.
Prerequisites: This feature requires a Vagaro Drive subscription.
View the following files on your drive:

Appointment Files: Files that were attached for your service bookings.

Class Files: Files that were attached to class sessions.

Customer Files: Files you've attached to the customer's profile.

Form Files: Files that you and your customers have attached to forms and SOAP Notes. All files that you and your customers have uploaded to forms and SOAP Notes. Any markups saved to SOAP Note charts will also be stored here.

Business Files: Files that are strictly for business use. Only manually uploaded files will display here, and any photos added to your Venue Gallery and Portfolio will not be included.
To access your Vagaro Drive dashboard:

Go to Appointment Files uploaded to your drive will be displayed.

On the left side of the screen, choose the folder you want to view.

Choose how to display your files:

Grid View: The thumbnail of each image is shown.

List View: A list of files you've uploaded with additional information like FIle Type and Upload Date.

Optionally, to search for specific files, select your filters, then select View Results. The filters available depend on the folder you selected.

Appointment Files
-
Appointment Date: Select the date range of when the appointments were booked.

Customer Name: Select the customer profile(s) you want to show.

Class Files
-
Class Date: Select the date range for when the class sessions were booked.

Class Name: Select the name of the class.

Customer FIles
-
Upload Date: Select the date range for when the file was uploaded to the customer's profile.

Customer Name: Select the customer profile(s) you want to show.

Forms Files
-
Form Response Date: Select the date range for when the file was submitted.

Customer Name: Select the customer profile(s) you want to show.

Form Name: Select the form(s) to display files submitted only through those forms.

Business Files (Your Business Name)

Upload Date: Select the date range for when the files were submitted.

Optionally, if you're in Form Files, choose the criteria to Sort By and Search for specific files.
You can upload videos, images, documents, and more in your Vagaro Drive Dashboard.
To upload files:
-
Go to the Vagaro Drive dashboard.

In the top-right corner, select Upload and select an option:

Select Appointment File to upload a file to appointments, select a customer, select the Upcoming or Past appointments you want to attach the file to, and then select Next.

Select Customer File to upload a file to a customer's profile, select a customer you want to attach the file to, and then select Next.

Select Business Files to upload a file to your business drive.

Select the files you want to upload files, then select Upload. You can upload multiple files at the same time.

Drag and drop files in the box or select Choose File to manually choose a file.

Change the File Name and Description for your files.

Add any additional files as needed.

The Vagaro Drive Dashboard allows you to manage files. You can view, preview, rename, download, edit, or delete files and access detailed information, including names, sizes, and associated details.
To manage files:

Go to the Vagaro Drive dashboard.

On the left side of the screen, choose the folder you want to view.

Hover over the file, select the Action
menu, and choose an action.

Open: View the file and its information, such as the File Name, Form Name, Appointment Date, Size, Dimensions, and so on.

Preview images, PDF, text (.txt), Word (.doc, .docx), and Excel (xls, .xlsx) files. Files from PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Word (.docx), and video (.mpg and .mov) must be downloaded to view.

You can also edit (
), download (
), and delete (
) the image by selecting the button in the top-left corner.

Select the Arrow < or > icons to cycle between different images.

Rename: Opens a sidebar where you can rename the file and enter a file description.

Download: Download the file.

Info: See information on this file, such as File Name, Form Name, Appointment Date, Size, Dimensions, and so on.

Edit Description: Opens a sidebar where you can rename the file and enter a file description.

Delete: Remove this file from your drive. Files removed from your drive can't be recovered.

Images saved in your Vagaro Drive can be edited or marked up using Vagaro's two built-in image editors:

The Vagaro Image Editor is a built-in image editor that helps you work with photos and other images in your online business. You can resize, crop, flip, rotate, and add text, shapes, effects, and filters.

The Vagaro Markup Editor allows you to draw on photos in Vagaro Drive. You can upload a picture of a client's face, for example. Using that image: draw circles and arrows, write text, add highlights and comments, etc.
To edit images:

Go to the Vagaro Drive dashboard.

On the left side of the screen, choose the folder you want to view.

Select the image you want to edit.

In the top-right corner, select the Editor
icon, then choose to edit the image in the Markup editor or Image editor.

Modify your image as needed and save.
On the web version of Vagaro, you can copy the file address of videos and photos saved in your Vagaro Drive and then share it with your customers. This functionality is only available for images and videos.
To share files
