When you deactivate Vagaro Drive, the system deletes all stored files from your account, making them no longer accessible. If you want to access those files again, you must reactivate Vagaro Drive and restore your files. Restoring your files requires a one-time $50 fee.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses that previously activated Vagaro Drive.
To restore your files:

Go to Vagaro Drive:

On a Phone: Go to → → .

On the Web, Tablet, PayPro, or Pay Desk: Go to → → .

Select Get Started.

Select the storage plan you prefer, then select Buy. The Restore Your Deleted Files popup will display.

Select Restore Files.
Important
If you choose Not Now, your stored files will be deleted, and you will not be able to retrieve them later.
