By default, the system does not allow customers to use a membership or package visit to prepay for a service or class session that lands after their billing cycle. However, in Online Shopping Cart, allow customers to book without being required to pay a deposit. In the example below, the customer’s membership renews on the 5th of every month, and we configured this setting to allow customers to book up to 3 days after the end of their billing cycle.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing and the Online Shopping Cart.
To configure this feature:

Activate the Online Shopping Cart:

On the Phone: Go to → → , and then select Get Started.

On the Web: Go to → → , and then select Get Started.

Set up deposits for classes and/or services:

For services, select Deposits next to Require Deposit or Capture Credit Card at time of Booking Services.

For services, select Deposits next to Require Deposit or Capture Credit Card at time of Booking Classes.

Configure your deposit rules.

Scroll down and toggle on Allow Customer with a Membership or Package to Book Outside Billing Cycle.

Enter the number of days in Book in Advance Limit.

Select Save.
