After you've set up your Vagaro Listing Page, The Invite All feature allows you to send an email invitation to your customers with a link to visit your booking page. If you changed your Vagaro URL in your Business Profile, you should invite your customers again so your clients can still find you online and in the Vagaro Marketplace.
Tip
Update your Email & Text Notifications to automatically invite new customers to your Vagaro Listing Page each time you add a customer.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses on the web, tablet, and Pay Desk.
To invite your customers to your booking site:

In the top menu, select Marketing.

At the top of the screen, select Invite Customers.

In the confirmation message, select OK.
Your customers will receive an email similar to this one:
Note
If you select Invite Customers again, you will be prompted whether you want to invite all of your existing customers again. For example, after you change your Vagaro URL in your Business Profile, resending the invitation will send another welcome email with your new URL.
