After you set up your Vagaro Listing Page, you can send customers an email invitation with a link to your booking page. If you change your Vagaro URL in your Business Profile, invite your customers again so they can still find you online and in the Vagaro Marketplace.
Tip
Update your Email & Text Notifications to automatically invite new customers to your Vagaro Listing Page each time you add a customer.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses on the computer, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro.
To invite your customers to your booking site:

Go to Marketing

At the top of the screen, select Invite Customers.

In the confirmation pop-up, select OK.
Note
If you’ve invited customers before, you can send another invitation to all existing customers. For example, if you update your Vagaro URL in your Business Profile, resending the invitation sends a new welcome email with the updated URL.

Is it possible to use this feature to invite all customers EXCEPT customers who are blocked for online booking?
Hi Kyla, the welcome email shouldn't be sent to any customers who are blocked. Let me know if you're seeing otherwise.
