The Yelp Integration is a great way to expand your online booking presence. You can promote your business and get customers to book your services directly from your Yelp listing page. You can also track if customers booked with you by running the Source report.
Note
You can only activate the Book Now button on Yelp through Vagaro if your business is located in the US and in the Beauty, Health, or Fitness general categories.
Before you activate the Yelp integration, keep the following in mind:

Your business must have at least one service provider who can accept bookings online.

Service providers must have at least one service with a set duration and a price greater than zero.

The name and address of the business on Yelp and Vagaro must match. Please be cautious about using special characters such as apostrophes (') and hyphens (-) to make sure you have added them in the correct order and placement in your address and business name. These characters may also have variations that almost look the same, so it is safer to use only characters found on your keyboard.

Only one service can be booked at a time through Yelp. Packages and multiple appointments can't be booked at this time.

All appointments on Yelp are accepted immediately. Thus, the Yelp platform does not adhere to the approval process you have set in Vagaro.

The cancellation policy will be based on your Cancellation Policy at the time of booking. If you change it, Yelp remembers the policy that was in place at the time of that booking and will honor that policy.

Yelp currently does not allow credit card capture at the time of booking.

Mobile Service appointments that are set to "Mandatory" will not appear on Yelp; customers will have to contact the business directly and go to the business's location for the service. Services that have Mobile Service set to "Optional" will only show the business location.

Your customers will receive confirmations, reminders, appointment detail information, and cancellation notifications from Vagaro when booking through Yelp. Customers are automatically added to your customer list for future email marketing, promotions, and future bookings. If an appointment is cancelled, a notification will be sent by Yelp.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses in the United States, and you must already be out of your 30-day trial.
To activate the Yelp Integration in Vagaro:

Go to Integrations.

On a Phone: Go to → → + .

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to → → .

In the Yelp tile, select Learn More.

Select the Status toggle switch to activate the integration.

Confirm your business information, then select OK.
