Yelp Integration – Vagaro Support

The Yelp Integration helps expand your online booking presence by directing customers from your Yelp listing to your Vagaro booking page by adding a "Book Now" button to your Yelp page. This makes it easier for customers to book with you while browsing Yelp. You can also track bookings from Yelp using the Source report.

To set up your Yelp business, go to one of the following pages:

Important

If you have a Yelp business account set up, Vagaro will automatically turn this integration on for you, as long as you meet the requirements.
Currently, the "Book Now" button will only display on the Yelp app on iPhones or iPads.

Requirements

To activate the Yelp integration, you must:

Are located in the United States.
Are not on the Vagaro free trial.
Have an active Yelp Business account.
Have Online Booking turned on.
Ensure your business name, address, and phone number match on Yelp.

Check Yelp Integration Status

To see whether the integration has been activated:

Go to your Business Profile:
- Phone: Select More → Settings → Business Profile.
- Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Settings → Business Profile.
Make sure List Business on Yelp is turned on.

If the Yelp integration is not turned on, then you've either turned off this integration before or don't meet the requirements.

Deactivate the Yelp Integration

To deactivate the Yelp Integration in Vagaro:

Go to your Business Profile:
- Phone: Select More → Settings → Business Profile.
- Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Settings → Business Profile.
Turn off List Business on Yelp.

It may take up to 24 hours for the Yelp integration to be disconnected.
