Vera Fill My Books promotes your last-minute openings and brings new customers to your business. The Dashboard tab shows how much revenue Vera has brought in, which customers booked, and the fee for each sale, so you can see whether Fill My Books is paying off.
A fee only applies when a customer uses a deal, either one Vera created or one you created yourself. The fee is a percentage of the sale: 20% for new customers Vera brings in and 5% for existing customers.
The Dashboard tab gives you a quick look at how Fill My Books is doing for your business. You can see how much revenue Vera has brought in for any date range or since you turned on Fill My Books, how much came from new customers versus existing customers, and which services they booked.

The dashboard shows the following:
-
Lifetime Value: Lifetime revenue Vera-created deals and your daily deals have generated since you turned it on. The activation date appears in the top-right corner. This total does not change when you change the date range.
-
Vera Acquired Customers: Revenue and number of customers from new customers that Vera brought to your business. Revenue includes every visit and purchase these customers make after Vera brings them in, not just their first appointment.
-
Existing Customers: Revenue and number of customers from people who already visited your business and booked a last-minute opening that Vera promoted.
-
Revenue from Vera: Combined revenue from new and existing customers. The chart shows which services these customers booked and how many times.
The percentage under each total compares the current date range with last month.
This report shows every sale from customers Vera brought to your business, not just their first appointment. Once Vera brings in a new customer, their return visits and anything they buy in-store or online also appear here. This helps you see the full value of each customer Vera found for you.
Note
Not every sale in this report has a fee. Fill My Books charges a fee only on sales where the customer uses a deal. For example, a new customer books their first appointment with a Vera-created deal. A month later, they come back and book at your regular price. Both visits appear in this report, but only the first visit has a fee.
