Promo codes are a great way to attract new clients and reward loyal ones. Start by creating a discount for specific services, products, or memberships, then attach a promo code to that discount. Customers can enter the promo code when booking online to automatically receive the discount.
Let customers know about your promo by including the code in your email and text campaigns or by sharing it at your business.
Note
Promo codes can only be used when customers pay upfront online, such as when purchasing a product, gift card, membership, or package, or when paying a deposit. If no payment is required, the promo code field won’t appear, and customers will need to provide the promo code in person at your business.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available for all businesses on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro.
To create a promo code:

Create a new discount or select → to make changes to an existing discount.
To create a discount, see Create a Preset Discount for the Things You Sell.

From your discount details, turn on Create Promotion Code for Online Shopping Cart, then enter a Promo Code.

Select Save.
