If a walk-in customer wants to register with your business, you can guide them to sign up directly through the Vagaro Check-in app. An upcoming appointment is not required to register.
Prerequisites: This feature requires the Vagaro Check-in app.
To register a customer on the Check-in app:

Log in to your business account from the check-in app, then select Register.

Depending on your settings, the option to purchase a new membership may appear. Have your customer choose a membership or select Skip, if applicable.

Have your customer enter their First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email, and Password.
If Vagaro detects that the customer already has a profile, your customer can sign in to their account, and their profile will be added to your customer list. You can skip the remaining steps.

Take a profile photo for their new account. Select the Right Arrow button to continue.
If they don't like their photo, select Retake Photo.

A summary of your customer's new profile will appear. Have your customer set their Appointment Reminders and Promotional Emails settings, then select Done.

If your customer chose a membership, they'll be able to purchase it from the Check-in app after registering.

Optionally, to schedule your new registrant for an appointment, select the Book Now menu and choose to book a service or class.
