Book for a Customer From the Check-in App – Vagaro Support

Customers can schedule a service or class after checking in or registering from the Check-in app. An upcoming appointment or class is not required to check in or register.

Prerequisites: This feature requires the Vagaro Check-in app.

To book an appointment for them:

Log in to your business account from the Check-in app.
Bring up the customer's account through one of the following ways:
- With Membership Card or QR Code: Use your device's camera to scan your customer's membership card or QR code.
- Without Card or QR Code: Select Check in, enter your customer's name and select them, have them enter their password, and then select Check In.
- Register New Customer: Select Register to create a new customer from the Check-in app.
Once checked into the customer's profile, next to Book a future appointment, select the Book Now menu.
From the menu, choose either to book Services or Classes for your customer.
