People are spontaneous—sometimes they walk into your business ready to book a service or buy a product without an appointment. That doesn’t mean you should miss out on the sale. Because Vagaro requires a customer to be selected when checking out a service, product, or class session, you’ll need a quick solution for walk-ins who don’t want to create a profile. One simple workaround is to create a generic “Walk-In” customer profile that you can reuse anytime someone drops by unannounced.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To check out a walk-in customer, you'll need to create a customer profile specifically for walk-ins.
To create a walk-in profile:

Go to Customers.

In the top-right corner, select the Add + button.

Enter "Walk" for First Name and "In" for Last Time. Only this information is required.
Note
We always recommend creating a new customer profile for each walk-in customer.

Select Save. The profile is added to your Customer List.
To create a walk-in profile:

Go to Customers.

In the top-right corner, select Create New.

Enter "Walk" for First Name and "In" for Last Time. Only this information is required.

Select Save. The profile is added to your Customer List.
After creating the walk-in profile, select that profile from the Checkout screen.
To check out walk-in:

Go to Checkout.

Select Select Customers, then choose the "Walk In" customer in the list.
To check out walk-in:
