At Checkout, you can change the service provider attached to a service. This feature helps prevent Changing the service provider gives the employee credit for the sale, which can mean a few things:

Commissioned employees will get a commission for this sale.

Providers with their own merchant accounts will have the funds of this sale deposited into their separate accounts.

The appointment will be transferred to the new provider's calendar after being checked out.

Reports will reflect the new provider.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To change a service provider at Checkout:

Check out an appointment on the Calendar.

Change the service provider:

On the Phone: Go to the Shopping Cart, select the service you want to modify, select Service Provider, choose the new provider, and then Save.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: In the Service Provider column, open the dropdown list, then select the new provider.

Take payment and check out the customer.
