For employees to verify that the correct customer profile belongs to the customer they're interacting with, you can add a photo to the profile.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
Adding or updating a customer's picture on a phone can be performed by taking a photo or uploading an existing photo from your device.
To add a photo to a customer profile:

At the bottom of the screen, select Customers.

Search for and select the customer's profile, or add a new one.

On the Profile tab, select Edit in the Personal Information heading.

Select the customer's initials or existing profile picture.

Select whether to Take Photo or upload a photo from your Library.

Add or update any other information for the customer as required.
Note
For customer security, if the customer has visited another Vagaro business for an appointment or made a purchase there, you cannot update their First Name, Last Name, phone number (Mobile Phone, Day Phone, Night Phone), and Email address. You will have to ask the customer to log in to their Vagaro account to update those details themselves.

Select Save.
Adding or updating a customer's picture on the web requires that you have already taken the customer's photo to be uploaded to the customer's profile.
To add a photo to a customer profile:

In the top menu, select Customers.

Search for and select the customer's profile, or add a new one.

In the box with the customer's name, select the customer's initials or existing profile picture, select Edit, then select Upload Photo.

In the Upload Photo popup, select Choose File, then select the customer's image.

Add or update any other information for the customer as required.
Note

To remove the customer's photo, select the picture, then select Remove Current Photo.
