Use the Save For Later feature to save a transaction for later completion. Saving a checkout for later removes all items from the cart without losing the applied services, products, discounts, etc. When the customer is ready to complete their purchase, you can restore their saved cart without re-adding their items.
There is no time limit for how long you can save a transaction, and you can save up to 20 transactions. The system will let you know once you've exceeded the maximum limit.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To save a checkout for later:

Go to the Checkout
screen, or check out the customer directly from the Calendar.

Select a customer and add items to their shopping cart.

In the bottom-right corner, select the down
button, then select Save For Later.
If you've saved any checkouts for later, they will appear the next time you go to the Checkout screen. You can view when the transaction was saved, the total price, and the customer attached to the transaction.
To view and manage saved checkouts:

Go to the Checkout
screen.

Optionally, delete a saved checkout by selecting the X button.

Select a saved checkout to complete the transaction.
