Appointment notes help keep track of special requirements, reminders, requests, or comments for an upcoming appointment. These notes can be added by either the business when booking the appointment or by the customer when they book their appointment online, but they are visible only to the business. Any appointments with a note are marked with a Note icon on the Calendar. Here's an example of how a customer would enter an appointment note online:

Appointment notes are only visible to the business owner, not the customer.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
You can add a note to an appointment when you're scheduling it.
You can add appointment notes to existing appointments at any time, or you can update notes that were already added.
You can view appointment notes on the Calendar. Any appointments with a note will be marked with the Note icon.
