On Vagaro, you can update your customer’s appointments to change who's performing the service, appointment duration, price, or make the appointment repeat. If an appointment is part of a series, you can edit all appointments in the series or just a single appointment. You can only edit multiple appointments at the same time when they are part of a series. After updating the appointment, you can choose whether to notify your customer of the changes.
Prerequisites: Requires a scheduled appointment on the Calendar.
To edit an appointment:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

Select the appointment on the calendar to open its details, then select Edit.

Complete the optional steps, if applicable. If there are no additional steps, the Edit Appointment popup will appear.

If the service is part of a repeating series, choose to Edit This Occurrence or Edit Series.

If the customer prepaid for this appointment, select Edit Appointment in the Edit Paid Appointment popup to confirm.

From Edit Appointment, make changes to the appointment, such as updating the service, service provider, date, time, price, duration, appointment notes, or how often it repeats.

If you don't want to notify customers of the change, turn off Notify Customer. Leaving this toggle on will send a push notification, an email, and a text message to your customer.

Select Save.
To edit an appointment:

If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled that day, select Edit Appointment to confirm.

From Book Appointment with..., make changes to the appointment, such as updating the service, service provider, date, time, price, duration, appointment notes, or how often it repeats.
