Edit appointments on the Calendar to change the employee performing the service, the duration, the price, make the appointment repeat, and so on. If the service repeats, you can edit all appointments in the series or just the single appointment. You can only edit multiple appointments if they are part of a series.
After updating your appointment, you have the option to notify your customer of the changes.
Prerequisites: Requires a scheduled appointment on the Calendar.
To edit an appointment:
-
Go to the Calendar.
-
Find the appointment, then select it.
-
Select Edit. A popup will be displayed.
-
If the customer has a recurring service, choose to Edit This Occurrence (single appointment) or Edit Series (all repeating appointments).
Note
Editing just the single appointment will unlink it from the series. Any future changes made to the series will no longer affect this appointment.
-
If the customer prepaid for this appointment, select Edit Appointment.
-
-
Edit the appointment details.
-
Optionally, toggle off Notify Customer if you don't want to let the customer know of the change; otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification about the change.
-
Select Save.

How ADD MISCELLANEOUS PEOPLE IN A SAME TIME???? Please help me
Hi Yehudry. I'd advise creating general "Walk-in" customer profiles. You won't be able to add multiple people at the same time to a regular appointment so I would advise creating a Service Bundle. This will allow you to group up to three services together. There's also an option to require the services to be performed at the same time with this feature, thus, enabling you to schedule clients at the same time.
