    Can the customer cancel their own auto-renewing membership? I do not see that option for me to set in the membership creation. I want to make sure to explain this correctly as we are starting a membership program at our spa and don't want to tell them they can if they can't.

    Hi Nicole, to allow customers to cancel their own memberships, make sure you turn on Customers Can Cancel Memberships in the Online Appointment Rules settings.
