Transfer Business Information to Vagaro From Another Software

Welcome to Vagaro! We're excited to have you on board. If you'd like to get started with our services and tools right away, we can help you transfer some of your business information to our platform. To do this, you'll need to schedule an appointment with a Vagaro Specialist. During the appointment, you'll need to provide us with some files that we can use to import your data over to Vagaro. We prefer to work with Excel, .csv, and Numbers (for Mac users) files, but we'll do our best with other formats too.

The first Premium Import with Vagaro is free and consists of a single import of all the information shown above. Once we have completed the import, subsequent Premium imports will incur a fee.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Book Your Import Appointment

From start to finish, the process typically takes 3-5 business days but can take longer if we need additional data to complete the transfer.

To book your import appointment:

1. Go to Import Management.

   • On the Phone: Go to More → Settings → Business → Import Management.

   • On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro: Go to Customers → Import Management.

2. Under Import from Other Software, select Import to schedule your appointment.

   

3. In Where are you importing from, select your previous software, and then select Find a Time.

4. Choose a time that works best for you, submit the necessary details, and then schedule your appointment.

   • If you don't feel comfortable providing information about your account, you can email all the necessary files to Vagaro at support@vagaro.com with "Attn: Import Team" as the subject.

You will receive this email once the import is completed:
