You can share customer profiles between Vagaro businesses to make transitions smooth and simple. Whether an employee is moving to a new business or you’re copying all customers from your current staff, you can send their customer information directly through Vagaro.
Note
Customer information is copied over to the other Vagaro business. Customer data will not be erased from your business.
Prerequisites: This procedure can only be performed by the business account owner and is only available on the web version of Vagaro.
At the target business, the business owner must approve the request before the customer data is sent over. After requesting the transfer, they will receive an email and text notification, and a card will display in the Notification Panel .
You'll receive an email notification if the other business owner denies your transfer request. You can request the transfer again, or you can contact the business owner directly and ask them to start the transfer process from their side.
To initiate a transfer:

Hover over Customers
, then select Share With Other Vagaro Account.

In Transfer Data to Another Vagaro account, choose to Copy Customers Of all your employees or just one.

Enter the Recipient's Email Address to which you want to transfer the customer data. You can enter the email of the business owner or an employee who works there. If the email is associated with a business, the owner's name will be shown.

In Select Business to Transfer Data, choose a business in the list that you want to share data.

Under Transfer Data, select whether to transfer over customer contact information, notes, and Vagaro Drive files.

Select the Transfer Date for when the data will be transferred.

Select the checkbox to agree to the terms, then select Request Transfer.
The account owner at the receiving business must approve the transfer request before any data is moved. Only the business owner can review the items approved for transfer and provide final consent. If additional data is required, they must contact the originating business to request it.
When the transfer is complete, the transferring business owner should delete the employee account from their business.
To approve a data transfer:

In the Notification Panel
, look for the Employee Requested to Transfer Information notification. If you find it, select View.

In Approve Transfer, review what's being transferred over, agree to the terms, and then select Approve Transfer.
