If you need a refund for a service or product purchased from a business using Vagaro, you will need to contact the business directly to request a refund. If the policy isn't available, you'll need to contact the business directly.
Refunds for debit or credit cards typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Vagaro does not handle refunds on behalf of businesses if they deny your request. Each business using Vagaro operates independently and sets its refund policies. Because of this, only the business that received the payment has the authority to issue a refund. If a refund is needed, customers must contact the business directly, as Vagaro does not have access to the business’s funds or the ability to override its policies.
