After creating a group chat, you can add new members to the chat at any time.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Chatting with employees at your business does not require a text messaging plan. Connect by Vagaro is not yet available for the Vagaro Pay Desk.
To add team members to a group chat:

Go to Connect by Vagaro:

On a Phone or Tablet: Download or open the Connect app.

Web Version: Log in to your Vagaro business, then select the Chat Bubble button.

Select the Teams tab.

Select the group chat you want to change.

View your chat details:

Connect by Vagaro App: Select the Action menu in the top-right corner, then select View Details.

Web Version: All chat details will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

Select the Add Team Member button, then select the team members you want to add.

Optionally, to allow your employees to see all previous chats, enable Include all chat history.
Note
On the web version, you'll need to click out of the employee search list.

Select Add or Add Teammates.
