If you or your customer is wondering if they got their refund, check your Transaction List report to see if it was actually refunded in Vagaro and which employee processed it. You can tell if a customer got their refund if it has a Refund tag () above it. If the customer wants a copy of the refund receipt, you can reprint or resend it by email.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
If a customer says they didn't get their refund:

Go to
→ → . The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions. -
Find the customer's refund transaction by selecting the Filter button, toggling on Show Refunded Items Only, then select Run Report. You may need to select additional filters to further refine the transaction list and re-run the report.

To view and provide a copy of the refund receipt, swipe left on the Refund transaction, then select Receipt.

Select Print to print a copy of the receipt.

Select the Email button to send a copy of the receipt to the customer's email address.

Find the customer's refund transaction by expanding the Advanced Filters, selecting the Show Refunded Items Only checkbox, then selecting Run Report. You may need to select additional filters to further refine the transaction list and re-run the report.

Optionally, to view and provide a copy of the refund receipt, scroll to the right of the screen, then select Receipt in the row of the Refund transaction:

Select Print to print a copy of the receipt.

Select Send Email to email a copy of the receipt to the customer to the email address they provide.
