If your customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, you can refund a customer for their package purchase in full, even if they used up some of their visits.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web version of Vagaro.
To refund a partially redeemed package:

Go to

Run your Transaction List Report and find the transaction. If you can't find the transaction, you can filter the report for more specific transactions.

Next to the transaction you want to refund, expand the Action menu, then select Refund.

Select the payment method you want refunded, then select the box underneath it to go to the Refund Summary.

Select the box under Refund Amount, then select Full Price. The refund amount will change to the original price of the package.

Select Next.

Enter the Gift Card Amount, and then select Submit to go back to the refund screen.

Select Confirm.

Enter the Reason for Refund, select whether to print or email the receipt, and then select Refund.

Select Refund to finalize.

If you selected Print Receipt, you'll be able to print a copy.
You have successfully refunded your customer. You can view all refunded transactions from the Transaction List.
