If your customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, you can refund a customer for their package purchase in full, even if some of their visits have already been used.
Tip
You can view all refunded transactions from the Transaction List.
You can use the Transaction List Report to view all of your refunds, as well as perform refunds.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web version of Vagaro.
To refund a partially redeemed package:

Go to

Run your Transaction List Report and find the transaction. If you can't find the transaction, you can filter the report for more specific transactions.

Next to the transaction you want to refund, expand the Action menu, then select Refund.

Select the payment method to refund, then select the box underneath it to go to the Refund Summary.

Select the box under Refund Amount, then select Full Price. The refund amount will change to the original price of the package.

Select Next.

Enter the Gift Card Amount, then select Submit to go back to the refund screen.

Select Confirm.

Enter the Reason for Refund, whether to print or email the receipt, and then select Refund.

Select Refund to finalize the transaction.

If you selected Print Receipt, you'll be able to print a copy.
