Update Your Tax Withholdings

After you have onboarded yourself to payroll, you can update your payroll information at any time in your Employee Profile, including your basic information, payment details, and tax withholdings.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.

On a Phone

To update your tax withholdings:

Go to More → Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.
Select Employees to view the employee list, then select your profile.
In your profile, select the Action menu, then select Payroll.
Select the Federal Tax or State Tax tabs, then update your withholding amounts as required.
Select Save.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To update your tax withholdings:

Go to Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.
At the end of the row of your profile, select the Action menu, then select Payroll.
Select the Federal Tax or State Tax tabs, then update your withholding amounts as required.
Select Save.
