If you have an existing Gusto account, integrate it with Vagaro to import your employees, and business payroll information, and payroll settings. Businesses that currently use Gusto to run payroll or creating a new payroll in Vagaro Payroll will not need to provide employee paystub information during employee onboarding; however, businesses that migrate from another payroll system will need to provide employee paystub information during payroll configuration. After you have completed the account migration process, your business will switch to Vagaro Payroll pricing.
Note
Do not close your Gusto Account after you migrate to Vagaro Payroll because it is still required for the integration. If you've already cancelled your Gusto account, contact their support team to reopen it.
Before you can migrate your Gusto account, your business must already have been fully onboarded to Gusto, and an Employee Profile must exist for all employees you are migrating to Vagaro Payroll.
When Vagaro Payroll is successfully activated, you will see the following changes in these screens:

At the top of the screen, the green Get Started or In Progress button shows Deactivate instead.

At the bottom of the Payroll Configuration screen, the Salary tab has been added.

In every Employee Profile screen, the Payroll tab has been added.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.
To migrate your existing Gusto account to Vagaro Payroll:

Go to Vagaro Payroll.

Select Get Started.

In the Have You Previously Used Gusto? popup, select Yes, I Have A Gusto Account, then select Next.

Sign in using your Email Address and Password registered with Gusto, and then select Sign In. Alternatively, you can Sign In with Google, Sign In with Xero, or Sign in with Intuit.

Carefully read the terms of service, and then select Accept Terms of Service.

Confirm the mapping of your employees between Gusto and Vagaro. If a Vagaro Employee cannot be paired with a Matching Gusto Employee, select the correct employee, and then select Next.

In the welcome message, select Continue. It may take a few minutes to migrate your company data to Vagaro.

When your company data has been migrated, continue setting up your payroll:
