Before your employer can pay you by direct deposit, you must complete your payroll onboarding by providing your personal, tax, and bank account details. After you have completed onboarding, you will be able to get your paystubs, as well as view and download your employee payroll, and obtain tax documents when they are available.
You must complete and submit an Employee's Withholding Certificate (Form W-4 for employees or Form W-9 for contractors) for the business's payroll records. Employees must also sign a direct deposit authorization form.
