Resend or Cancel an Onboarding Invitation to a Contractor – Vagaro Support

If a contractor hasn't completed their onboarding before their first pay day or cannot find their invitation, you can resend the invitation. Similarly, you can complete a contractor's onboarding yourself rather than waiting for them to do so, as long as they haven't begun onboarding themsevles yet or select Get Started in their email invitation. These contractors' payroll status will be shown as Contractor Completion Needed, and you will have to remove them from your payroll and add them back again.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro.

Select Reports → Payroll Configuration.
Scroll down the screen to the Payroll tab.
On the Payroll tab, in the row of the contractor to resend the onboarding invitation, select the Action button, then select Re-Send Onboarding Invite. Alternatively, select Cancel Self-onboarding if you would rather complete their onboarding yourself.
