MySite: Customize the Form Component – Vagaro Support

With the Form Vagaro component, you can embed your Vagaro forms directly on your MySite. Use this component as a way to collect a customer's details before they book an appointment, survey on customer experience, and more. Your customers can fill out the form when they visit your page, and it will automatically sync with your Vagaro business, meaning you can view form responses from your MySite in real time.

Before continuing, we recommend you learn how to place components and the different Vagaro component types.

Prerequisites: This feature requires MySite. To set up your first website, see Getting Started with Vagaro MySite.

To customize your Form component:

Select MySite .
In the MySite Editor, select the Form component to be customized. The right Style pane will appear for you to customize.
Customize the component as needed:
- Size: Manually set the width and height of the container. Select the Lock button to lock in an aspect ratio (shape).
- Location: Choose what business the Form component will generate from if you have multiple locations.

  You'll need to log in to the location you chose to sync with to view responses.
- Form: Choose the form to embed on your webpage.
Preview and publish the changes to your MySite:
- To preview your MySite, go to Publish, then select Preview.
- To publish your website, go to Publish, then select Publish.
