Switch to Another Vagaro Location – Vagaro Support

Only one business can be logged in at once; however, you can switch between the different business locations that have you as a business owner or employee.

Prerequisites: You can only switch to a location where you're an employee or business owner.

Vagaro Pro app

There are two ways to switch the business you are connected to: from the More menu and the Calendar Navigation Menu.

From the More menu

Select More .
Scroll down on the screen and then select Change Business.

The screen shows Locations and Groups from the multi-location business with a checkmark indicating the location you’re connected to.
Select a business to switch to it.

From the Calendar Navigation Menu

Select the Navigation menu on the Calendar screen.
Select the business name.

The screen shows locations and groups from the multi-location business with a checkmark indicating the location you’re connected to.
Select the business to switch to.

Web Version

There are two ways to switch business locations in the Web version.

From Settings

Select Settings → Multi-Location.
Select the More menu (3 vertical dots) by the name of the location you're switching to, and select Open the Vagaro Pro App, then go to Location.

From the top toolbar

Select the business name on the top toolbar and then select a different business.

A checkmark indicates the currently selected business.
