MySite: Customize the Accordion Component

Accordions can organize larger pieces of content in a collapsible menu. They are perfect for creating FAQs, hiding unnecessary information, and more.

Prerequisites: This feature requires MySite. To set up your first website, see Getting Started with Vagaro MySite.

To customize the Accordion component:

At the top of the screen, go to MySite.
In the MySite Editor, select the Accordion component to be customized or place one. The right Style pane will appear for you to customize.
Customize the component as needed:
- Size: Manually set the width of the component.
- Label: Change the header text of your accordion.
- Accordion Style: Change how the dropdown icon looks.
- Default View: Set the accordion as either Collapsed or Expanded.
- Align Content: Choose how your content is placed within the accordion.
- Label Text: Change the color of the text in the accordion's heading.
- Label Background: Change the color of the heading.
- Label Padding: Increase or decrease the size of the accordion's heading.
- Label Border Width: Increase or decrease the thickness of the heading's border.
- Label Border Color: Change the color of the border.
- Advanced Settings: More advanced users can change the CSS, Shape, and Effects of the component.
Select Your Text Here to change the content of your accordion. You can also place other components within the Accordion as well.
Preview and publish the changes to your MySite:
- To preview your MySite, go to Publish, then select Preview.
- To publish your website, go to Publish, then select Publish.
