The Appointment Timeline (also called Appointment History) provides a complete record of an appointment and all actions taken on it. This includes the appointment date and duration, the service added to the booking, the employee who provided the service, and any updates or changes made along the way.
The timeline shows the following information:

Who booked the appointment, and on what date it was created.

The appointment date.

The duration of the appointment.

The service or class being performed.

Any appointment notes (Comment) that the business and/or customer added.

The employee performing the service.
-
Whether the appointment was modified and who edited it.
-
The status of the appointment.
-
Any changes made to the appointment.
On a computer, you'll also be able to see any email or text notifications sent to your customer.
Prerequisites: This feature requires a scheduled appointment on the Calendar.
To see the appointment timeline:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

If the service is part of a repeating series, select Edit This Occurrence.

From Edit Appointment, select Action
in the top-right corner.

Scroll down and select Appointment History.
The Appointment History for this appointment will be shown. Each change made to the appointment will be displayed separately.
To see the appointment timeline:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.
-
Select the appointment on the calendar to open its details, then select Edit.

If the appointment repeats, choose to Edit only this occurrence, then select Edit Appointment(s).

From Book Appointment with..., select the Timeline tab.
Your appointment timeline will be shown. Each change to the appointment will be displayed in a separate row.

Under the Action column, you can view more details about the appointment by selecting one of the following options shown:

Email: View a copy of the email notification sent to your customer.

Notification: View the push notification sent to your customer.

SMS: View the text message sent to your customer.

Cancellation Policy: Review a copy of your cancellation policy.
Depending on the appointment, not all of these links will appear.
