Daily Deals - Best Practices – Vagaro Support

Daily Deals by Vagaro are a great way to advertise your specials and promotions to reach both your loyal customers and attract new ones. We want to support and help your business grow, and to do that, we carefully review all Daily Deals for quality assurance.

Your Daily Deal will automatically be added to your Vagaro Listing Page and your customers will receive an email of the new deal. However, before your Daily Deal can be posted on the Vagaro Marketplace, it also need our team's approval before appearing on our Daily Deal pages. During our review, we might make a few tweaks for clarity, grammar, or spelling. If anything isn’t relevant to the deal, your submission will be denied.

To help you maximize your reach, we’ve put together some helpful tips on what to include (and what to avoid) when submitting a new Daily Deal.

Do's

Keep the name, description, and fine print relevant to the Daily Deal.
Enter at least 100 characters in your Daily Deal Description to explain what your deal is offering.
Add a little personality to your description.
Check for spelling and grammar mistakes. Tools like Grammarly and spellcheck can also point out typing errors for you.
Make sure the discount is at least 5% and that the amount ends with the numbers 0 or 5. For example, use 15% instead of 16%.

Don't's

Don't use abbreviations in the text. Example: "4 U"
Don't use vulgar words or inappropriate language.
Don't include the cost or percentage discount amount in the title; the discount will be added for you.
Don't add links to your MySite, business website or other third-party website; we'll add a link to your Vagaro Listing Page.
Don't include your phone number. It is already listed on your Vagaro Listing Page.
Don't mention events or discounts that are not bookable on Vagaro.
Don't include the start and end dates in the description; we already post them for you.
Don't use filler characters that serve no purpose in the description. Example: "**********"
Don't use excessive punctuation. Example: "!!!!!"
Don't use ALL CAPS, unless the word is an acronym or proper name.
