For Star Printers, please do the following:

• To request help with your printer, Star has you fill out a request form at: http://www.starmicronics.com/Supports/TechnicalSupport.aspx
• To return the product for repair, fill out the RMA form by going to: http://www.pos-x.com/request.aspx and then enter in the date of purchase under the “Hardware Problems” section and click “Go”. It will then take you to the RMA form.
