Vagaro Receipt Printer Troubleshooting

Turn the printer off, then turn it back on. Your device is fully powered on when you hear "Welcome to Intelligent Cloud Printing."

Hold the Config Key (button next to the Ethernet port) for 10 seconds until you hear a voice command, "Press the Feed button to initiate a restart."

Release the button and press the Paper Feed one. The printer will “beep” again and reboot, which resets all network configurations.

Press the Paper Feed button to see if the feed is working properly.

Restart your printer by turning it off and on.

Open the paper and try and reinsert the receipt paper. The receipt paper should roll under.

Try another connection method, like USB or Bluetooth, to see if the issue might be your method of connection.

Quickly double-press the Config Key to print the network settings page.

Under [Network Test], check the network name after Link => SSID: (name).

Make sure that the network names match the Wi-FI network you are currently on. If it doesn't, follow the steps in Factory Reset the Printer.

If Current Network shows FAIL, try moving your device closer to your router or follow the steps in Factory Reset the Printer.

Select the Windows icon.

Search for Control Panel.

Select Hardware & Sound.

Find USB Printing Support in the USB container.

If you do not see this device, there may be an issue with your USB cable.

Select Update Drivers if the option is available.

Make sure your Wi-Fi settings are enabled.

Select the Windows icon.

Search "Settings" and select Settings.

Select Network & internet.

Toggle Wi-Fi on and select Wi-Fi.

Select Manage known networks.

Select Forget next to your Wi-Fi network.

Reconnect to your Wi-Fi.

Restart your computer.

Restart your router.

On your Mac, select the Apple icon and select System Preferences.

Select Network.

Select Wi-Fi.

Select Advanced.

Select your Wi-Fi network.

Select the - button, select Remove, and then select Ok to confirm.

Select Apply to save changes.

Go to Settings → Bluetooth.

Toggle Bluetooth on.

If your printer is already paired, select the (I) icon next to the device in My Devices and select Forget this device.

Under Other Devices, select the Vagaro receipt printer (CloudPrint_xxxx) to pair.

Restart your mobile device.

Restart your router.

On your device, navigate to Settings → Wi-Fi.

Select the (I) icon next to your network.

Select Forget This Network.

Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

1. Go to Settings → Connection preferences → Bluetooth.

2. Toggle Bluetooth on.

Distance matters!

Try moving closer to the Vagaro receipt printer. The printer might not detect your device if you are far away.

Pair with your device manually.

1. Go to Settings → Connected devices → Saved Devices → See all.

2. If you have already paired to the Vagaro receipt printer (CloudPrint_xxxx), select the gear icon and select Forget. Return to the Connected Devices screen.

3. Select Pair new device and select the receipt printer.

4. Pair with the printer.

Restart your mobile device.

Restart your router.

On your device, navigate to Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi.

Toggle Wi-Fi on.

Select your network.

Select Forget Network.

Return to Wi-Fi and reconnect to your network.
