If you are having issues setting up your Vagaro Receipt Printer, follow the troubleshooting tips below for both the printer and your device.
Printer Lights
-
Blue light under cloud icon: printer is connected to a network
-
Green light under power icon: printer is turned on
-
Red light under caution icon: printer is out of paper, blocked with paper, or experiencing voltage issues. If the red light is flashing, your printer is overheating and must be turned off to cool.

Flashing white light: The receipt is ready to take.
-
Solid white light: Paper is running low.
Before troubleshooting on your smartphone or computer, make sure you follow the steps below.
Factory Reset Printer
-
Hold the Config Key (button next to the Ethernet port) for 10 seconds until you hear a voice command.
-
Release the button and press the Paper Feed. The printer will “beep” again and reboot, which resets all network configurations.
Important
After troubleshooting, remove and reconnect your printer from Vagaro Pro or Vagaro.com.
Fix Printing Issues
-
Press the Paper Feed button to see if the feed is working properly.
-
Restart your printer by turning it off and on.
-
Open the paper and try and reinsert the receipt paper. The receipt paper should roll under.
-
Try another connection method, like USB or Bluetooth, to see if the issue might be your method of connection.
Check if the Printer is Connected to Your Wi-Fi Network:
-
Quickly double-press the Config Key to print the network settings page.
-
Under [Network Test], check the network name after Link => SSID: (name).
-
Make sure that the network names match the Wi-FI network you are currently on. If it doesn't, follow the steps in Factory Reset the Printer.

If Current Network shows FAIL, try moving your device closer to your router or follow the steps in Factory Reset the Printer.
Important
After troubleshooting, remove and reconnect your printer from Vagaro Pro or Vagaro.com.
Troubleshooting tips for Windows 11 devices.
USB:

Select the Windows icon.

Search for Control Panel.
-
Select Hardware & Sound.
-
Find USB Printing Support in the USB container.
If you do not see this device, there may be an issue with your USB cable.

Select Update Drivers if the option is available.
Wi-Fi:
-
Make sure your Wi-Fi settings are enabled.
-
Select the Windows icon.
-
Search "Settings" and select Settings.
-
Select Network & internet.
-
Toggle Wi-Fi on and select Wi-Fi.
-
Select Manage known networks.
-
Select Forget next to your Wi-Fi network.
-
Reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
Troubleshooting tips for Mac Devices.
Wi-Fi:
-
Restart your computer.
-
Restart your router.
-
On your Mac, select the Apple icon and select System Preferences.
-
Select Network.
-
Select Wi-Fi.
-
Select Advanced.
-
Select your Wi-Fi network.
-
Select the - button, select Remove, and then select Ok to confirm.

Select Apply to save changes.
Bluetooth:

Go to

If your printer is already paired, select the (I) icon next to the device in My Devices and select Forget this device.

Under Other Devices, select the Vagaro receipt printer (CloudPrint_xxxx) to pair.
Wi-Fi:

On your device, navigate to

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

Distance matters!
Try moving closer to the Vagaro receipt printer. The printer might not detect your device if you are far away.

If you have already paired to the Vagaro receipt printer (CloudPrint_xxxx), select the gear icon and select Forget. Return to the Connected Devices screen.

Select Pair new device and select the receipt printer.

Pair with the printer.
