Customize your email campaign by choosing a layout from a variety of email design templates. If one image isn't enough, you can add additional images to further personalize and add interest to the content.
Note
The maximum image size is 5MB with a recommended width of 600 pixels.
Prerequisites: This feature requires an Email Marketing plan.
When designing your email, you can select an email template that customizes the header and footer images of your email. If you don't like the template, you can go back and change it to another one.
To change the email template:

In the email Design screen, select the Templates tab.

Browse through the template categories on the left, then choose a new email template.
Tip
If you don't like any of the provided Vagaro templates, you can upload your own image.
Brighten up your campaign by adding images to your email. On the web, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro, you can add multiple images to an email campaign, while on the phone, you can only add one image per email.
To add a form to an email campaign:

In the Design Email screen, select Add Image, then select an option:

Photo Library: Select an image from your device's photo library.

Camera: Take a new image on your device.

Business Gallery: Look through all the images from your services, venue gallery, and images you've uploaded to previous emails. Choose an image that you've uploaded to Vagaro.

To add a form to an email campaign:

In the email Design screen, drag and drop one of the image modules, like Footer Image or Image, to your email. The Edit Content popup will appear.

In the popup, hover over or select the Image box to choose how you want to add your images.

If you Upload an image, it will open in the Vagaro Image Editor, where you can make adjustments, crop, resize, and add effects and filters. Select Save in the Vagaro Image Editor when you're done.

If you Select from Gallery, you can look through all the images from your services, venue gallery, and images you've uploaded to previous emails.

Optionally, create a clickable image by entering a Link To URL to another webpage, like your Vagaro Listing Page or a service.

Optionally, select the Style tab to change the look of your image in your email.

Select Save to add the image.
Images you added to your email, including the design template, can be edited or changed.
To edit images in an email:

In the Design Email screen, select the image to be changed.

Choose how you want to replace the image:

Photo Library: Select an image from your device's photo library.

Camera: Take a new image on your device.

Business Gallery: Look through all the images from your services, venue gallery, and images you've uploaded to previous emails. Choose an image that you've uploaded to Vagaro.

Complete and announce your email campaign.
To edit images in an email:

In the email Design screen, hover over or select an image in the email.
Note
You can change the image from the email template as well.

Select the Edit
button. The Edit content popup will appear.

Make adjustments to your image:

Crop, resize, and add effects and filters to your image by hovering over or selecting the image and then selecting Edit. This will open the Vagaro Image Editor.

Optionally, select the Style tab to change the look of your image in your email.

In the popup, hover over or select the Image box, then either Upload an image from your device or Select from Gallery to look through all the images from your services, venue gallery, and images you've uploaded to previous emails.

Select Save to update the image.
Remove an image from your email if you want to help simplify it.

Hello! Every image I upload to the header is coming up blurry, i've tried different formats and sizes. Can you give the recommended size/format for clear uploads? I have attached a screenshot for reference.
Hi Gia, what size images are you currently uploading to your email campaign? I'd recommend using images larger than 1000 pixels (width).

Hi all,
Even after trying Jamie b’s advice I am still dealing with blurry images. Any one else having luck?
I am also having this problem all of the sudden! havent changed anything and now its acting up!
