From a customer's profile, you can view their class attendance history to see how often they attend their classes, which classes they've signed up for, which classes they didn't show up for, and more. You can also process a refund or change the customer's class status from their profile, or if you prefer a copy of this report, you can export their history for your records.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
On the Vagaro Pro app, a customer's attendance history will be displayed as a collection of cards. Each card represents one class session that the customer signed up for and will show the attendee's status, time of the class, instructor, class name, and price.
To view a customer's class attendance history:

At the bottom of the screen, select Customers.

In your Customer List, search for and select a customer.

Select the Classes tab.

In the top-right corner, select the Filters button to filter and search the customer's attendance history.

Select Status: Choose the attendee status you want to view. For example you can view each session where the customer Cancelled.

Select Class: Choose the specific class you want to view.

All Teachers: Choose a specific teacher the customer booked with.

Start Date/End Date: Choose the date range you want to view. The system will display all classes scheduled during that range.

All Businesses: For multi-location businesses, select another location to see the customer's class history at that business.
Select Apply to update the customer's class history, or select Clear to remove all filters.

Optionally, select a class session to view more details, like the price, points used or gained, instructor, and so on. After selecting a session, you can:

Select View on Calendar to go to the class session on the Calendar.

In the top-right corner, select the Action menu to change the customer's status for that class. This will not be available for class sessions that are completed.

If the class session has been completed, you can refund the customer by selecting Refund.

On the web version of Vagaro, a customer's attendance history will be displayed as a chart, with each row representing one class session for which the customer is registered. Each column will display additional details about the class session, such as the class's date, the attendee's Status, the class's Price, and so on.
To view a customer's class attendance history:

In the top-right corner, select Customers.

In your Customer List, search for and select a customer.

Select the Classes tab.

Filter and search through the customer's attendance history, then select Search.

In the All Dates list, choose the date range you want to view. The system will display all classes scheduled during that range.

In the All Statuses list, choose the attendee status you want to view. For example, you can view each session where the customer Cancelled.

In the All Classes list, choose the specific class you want to view.

In the All Teachers list, choose a specific teacher the customer booked with.
Tip
Select Clear to remove all filters.

Optionally, in the top-right corner, multi-location businesses can select another location in the All businesses list.

Optionally, manage the customer's class session from their profile:

Select the Action menu to change the customer's status or view the class Timeline. If the class has been completed, you can Refund the session or view the class Timeline.

Select the hyperlinked (blue) text under Class Date to go to the class session on the calendar.

Optionally, save a copy of the customer's class history by selecting the Download or Print buttons in the top-right corner.
