From a customer's profile, you can view their appointment history to see how often a customer books, which services they booked, which appointments they didn't show up for, and more. You can also process a refund or change the customer's appointment from their profile, or if you prefer a copy of this report, you can export their history for your records.
Prerequisites: This feature requires a scheduled appointment on the Calendar.
On the Vagaro Pro app, a customer's appointment history will appear as a collection of cards. Each card represents one service booked on the calendar and will show the appointment's status, time of the booking, service provider, service name, and price.
To view a customer's appointment history:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

Select the Appointments tab.

In the top-right corner, select the Filters
button to filter and search the customer's appointment history.

Select Status: Choose the appointment status you want to view. For example you can view each booking where the customer Cancelled.

Select Service: Choose the specific service you want to view.

All Teachers: Choose a specific service provider the customer booked with.
-
Start Date/End Date: Choose the date range you want to view. The system will show all appointments booked during that range.

All Businesses: For multi-location businesses, select another location to see the customer's appointment history at that business.
Select Apply to update the customer's appointment history, or select Clear to remove all filters.

Optionally, select an appointment to view more details, like the price, points used or gained, instructor, and so on. After selecting a session, you can:

Select View on Calendar to go to the booking on the Calendar.

In the top-right corner, select the Action
menu to change the customer's status for that service. This will not be available for checked-out appointments.

For checked-out appointments, you can refund the customer by selecting Refund.

On the web version of Vagaro, a customer's attendance history will appear as a chart, with each row representing one appointment for which the customer is registered. Each column will appear additional details about the booking, such as the service's date, the attendee's Status, the service's Price, and so on.
To view a customer's appointment history:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

Select the Appointments tab.

Filter and search through the customer's appointment history, then select Search.

In the All Dates list, choose the date range you want to view. The system will show all appointments scheduled during that range.

In the All Statuses list, choose the appointment status you want to view. For example, you can view each appointment where the customer Cancelled.

In the All Services list, choose the specific service you want to view.

In the All Service Providers list, choose the specific service provider the customer booked with.
Tip
Select Clear to remove all filters.

Optionally, in the top-right corner, multi-location businesses can select another location in the All businesses list.

Optionally, manage the customer's booking from their profile:

Select the Action
menu to change the appointment status or view the appointment Timeline. If the appointment has been checked out, you can Refund the booking or view the appointment Timeline.

Select the hyperlinked (blue) text under Appointment Date to go to the booking on the calendar.

Optionally, save a copy of the customer's appointment history by selecting the Download
or Print
buttons in the top-right corner.

it was better to be able to see client history in check out also. now we cannot easily see the history at check out and must go into appointment and waste a few minutes before we can establish how much a client normally pays for a service.
Hey Ayman, we actually brought this feature back today based on customer feedback. You should see the changes on your computer.
