To print the appointments of a customer, follow these steps.

Click Customers.

Select the customer.

Click the Appointments tab. Then select All Dates or set a date range.
In the example below, we've selected This Month. This means that the appointment list will only include the client's appointments for the current month.

To filter the report for a specific status, click the All Statuses drop-down menu. Then select the status.
For example, select Service Complete to show the appointments the customer has completed and been checked out for.

To filter the report for a specific service the customer booked, click the All Services drop-down menu. Then select the service.

To filter the report by the employee who provided the service, click the All Service Providers drop-down menu. Then select the employee.

Click Search after selecting the filters to use.

You can export the list as an Excel file or print a copy.
