The Push Notification History report lists the in-app messages employees receive in the Vagaro Pro app when customers book or update an appointment. It does not show push notifications sent to customers.
The report provides details on the following information:

Notification Date: The date when the notification was sent

Type: The notification type that was pushed to the service provider.
The customer has accepted an appointment.
The customer's appointment has been cancelled.
The customer has made an appointment.
The customer's appointment has been changed.
The customer has submitted responses for a form.
No icon
The customer has arrived and checked in.

Service Provider: The employee who received the notification.

Notification: The content of the message sent to the service provider.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
On a phone, each push notification is shown as an individual card in the report.
To view your employees' push notification history:

Set the date range for your report:

In the top-right corner, select Date Range
to open the date picker.

Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters
to filter the report for specific Service Provider(s).
