Run the Connect Messages Report

The Connect Messaging report tracks all messages sent through Connect by Vagaro, including SMS. It breaks down messages by sender, so you can see how many customer conversations your team handled versus Vera Receptionist.

The Connect Messaging report provides the following information:

  • Total Customer Messages: The total messages you've sent and received through Connect by Vagaro.

  • Business Sent: The messages you've sent to customers without the help of Vera Receptionist.

  • AI Sent: The messages sent to your customers by Vera Receptionist.

  • Received: The messages you've received from customers.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

The Connect Messaging report will show a bar graph of all messages you've sent and received on Connect by Vagaro.

To run the Connect Messaging report:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Reports → Connect Messages.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.

  3. Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters filters_icon_2x.png, set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.

    • Chart View: Group data by day, week, month, or year.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

The Connect Messaging report will show a bar graph of all messages you've sent and received on Connect by Vagaro.

To run the Connect Messaging report:

  1. Select Reports Decorative solid black rectangle, which is usually an icon for reports or charts. → Connect Messages.

  2. Set the date range for your report:

    1. In the top-right corner, select Date Range calendar-regular-full.png to open the date picker.

    2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

    3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

  3. Optionally, complete the following additional actions:

    • Use the Month list to group data by Day, Week, Month, or Year.

    • Select Print print-solid-full.png to get a hard copy of the report.

    • Select Export download2.png to save the report to an Excel or PDF file (computer version only).
