Use the Cancellation and No-Shows report to manage all past appointments that were denied, canceled, deleted, or deemed as no-shows. You also can view the history of an appointment, including any changes in statuses.

Navigate to

Configure filters for:

Date Range:

Customer - select one or more customers using checkboxes or use Select All.

Event - select All, Appointments or Classes.

Use Advanced Filters to select Status options: All, No Show, Cancel, Denied, Deleted.

Click Run Report after applying search filters.

The report will include the following:
-
The date of the appointment or class
-
The status of the appointment
-
The date and time the status was changed
-
The employee who changed the status
-
Any comments that were added to the appointment
-
The service provider who provided the service
-
The service or class that was booked
-
The name of the customer
-
History
-
-
Click the links in the History column to see more details about the appointment.
The Timeline will show:

You can only view the history of appointments or classes from the past 15 days. If you click the history link for an older appointment, you'll see this warning banner:

Click Export to export the report to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF. Click Print to get a paper copy.
