Vagaro Pro App Won't Open or Crashing on iPhone – Vagaro Support

If your Vagaro Pro app unexpectedly closes on your iPhone, you must first update your device to the latest iOS, then restart or remove and reinstall the Vagaro Pro app.

Update Your iPhone to the Latest iOS

To update your iPhone:

Plug your phone into power and connect to Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings → General → Software Update.
In the newest iOS update, select Update Now.

Restart Your iPhone

To restart your iPhone.

Open the power-off slider:
- iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later: Press and hold the down or up volume button and the right-side button until the power-off slider displays.
- iPhone 6,7,8, or SE (2nd or 3rd generation): Press and hold the right-side button until the power-off slider displays.
- iPhone SE (1st generation), 5, or earlier: Press and hold the top button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
To turn your iPhone back on, press and hold the right-side or top button until you see the Apple logo.
Open the Vagaro Pro app. If it still does not work, reinstall the Vagaro Pro app.

Reinstall the Vagaro Pro App

To uninstall and reinstall the Vagaro Pro app:

Search for the Vagaro Pro app in your App Library or find it on your device's home screen.
Tap and hold the app until a menu appears.
In the menu, select Remove App, then select Delete App.
To reinstall the Vagaro Pro app, go to the app on the App Store, then select Get.
